Craigslist: Yay or Nay?

Has anyone ever gotten any swinging deals off craigslist? Granted I live in a huge city, it seems like every good deal I come across is a scam or a shady realtor trying to drum up business and get me to hire them to find other investment deals. I'm trying to find off market deals and sometimes driving around isn't feasible every single day.

It's like any other source, 99% overpriced junk, and you have to look at a looot of property to find a good one.
