Is there a way to find out whether the property WAS listed at some point in the past without involving a Realtor? I am in Maryland.

I am not mailing them again, but for tracking purposes I am counting these callers towards reponse ratio. They called off my marketing, right ? ;)

Looks like probate is going to outweight foreclosures in terms of mailers per person.
Apparently foreclosures are not cool anymore, every guru in town is teaching probates - expect rapidly increasing competition :woohoo:
