From the Bar's website - some basics about foreclosure proceedings. I only post this because some new investors are not aware of the MD foreclosure law.

Ask them to open probate so that you can buy it from Persoanl Representative (if numbers will work).

With the auction happening in 4 days, I can only imagine how many letters he received from investors/realtors/attorneys in the last month or two. Perhaps he suffers from amnesia or something. :crying:
Anyhow, I suppose that if he is interested in your help, he'd give you a buzz.

Thaanks for replies
I am not worrying at all what BBB would do, although I doubt they will even send a letter to BBB. I am amazed how these people waste their precious time - by printing responce letter (perhaps it is not that precious for them :) )
PS Once I recevied another "cute" responce to my marketing (via email): your activity will be reported to Attorney General

Could you guys recommend some free software that determines the commercial property MAO based on the rents, expences and minimum profit? I can do it by hand, but it takes loooong...
Spreadsheet or Web-based application would be ideal 8)

Thanks in advance!
