received three phone calls (out of 100 letters) that asked not to be mailed to again.
Would you still count these against your response ratio? I would :cool:

Yeah, I wouldn't really count those. The last thing you want to do is piss people off by contacting them again. It's like they say, if someone thinks you provided them a great service, they will tell 1 other person. If someone thinks you provide a horrible service, they will end up telling 10 other people. It would be a shame if you got a great lead and then figured out that they are dropping out because one of their friends told them not to do business with you because of bad business practices.
