How do you control your mailings (when you need mail more than once) - write reminders on the paper calendar, or set reminder on a computer, or use some kind of software (i.e. Act)?.... I am yet to come up with working system...

wanted to register an LLC and apparently the name is n/a.
If I use the word "greene" instead of "green" (i.e. green homes llc) - would it essentially mean the same thing?

Ultimately, an individual needs to act as Trustee. Some states also require that the name of the Trustee be noted on the Deed in lieu of simply titling a property in the name of a Trust.

Best to confirm with your attorney or do a little local research on your own.

Since mentioned ebsite is rather very slow and not user-friendly, I am currently looking for an alternative website that would allow me to mail postcards via the web at around the same price (~.24 for printing and postage).I have my own lists.
