what are your monthly cost for the gas, water and trash ? plus what is your quarterly sewer cost ?

my business account is with Bank of America.. they have visa deposit only debit cards.. it can only make deposits and it will post right to your business account

it is a mortgage, but in reverse.. the interest is added to the loan each month.. so instead of his mortgage balance going down, it increases every year.. it will all depend on what the original number the back put on the house at the time of the loan, and how long he's been in this program.

I use Bank of America .. and I give my tenants Deposit only card that go right into my business account.. Each tenants card number is different.. so it easy to keep track of who pays.. even if you have multiple tenants with the same monthly rent..

Hi BP family.. Its been a while since my last post.. I just got approved for a 1M LOC from CoreVest.. But they want to charge me a 1% processing fee..  I think shelling out 10K for a 1M LOC is kind of steep.. Does anyone know a good financial company that has a better deal than that ?  I'm looking for a company that can fund quickly.. 7 to 10 days preferably.. any suggestions ?
