Suggestions for Appying for a Line of Credit

Hi BP family.. Its been a while since my last post.. I just got approved for a 1M LOC from CoreVest.. But they want to charge me a 1% processing fee..  I think shelling out 10K for a 1M LOC is kind of steep.. Does anyone know a good financial company that has a better deal than that ?  I'm looking for a company that can fund quickly.. 7 to 10 days preferably.. any suggestions ?
