@James Chung. I thought our great governor extended the moratorium in New Jersey till the beginning of January.. at least on the residential side I'm not sure about commercial properties. Because I have a tenant that hasn't paid me in 15 months and it's filed with the courts but no court date yet..

@Andrew Spinelli. Just a heads up.. if your thinking of looking in Vineland.. make sure you check with the zoning office.. cause they're trying to reduce the number of multifamily properties in the area.

Hello Bigger Pockets Community.. Happy New Year and lets hope we all have a better 2021 than 2020.. But now that the year has ended. I'm looking for a Accounting firm that has a good amount of experience, knows the ins and outs and loopholes, deductions. I'm a small time landlord right now. ( 10 units ) but looking to grow every year. Any recommendations would be greatly  appreciated.
