Hi BP family.. Its been a while since my last post.. I just got approved for a 1M LOC from CoreVest.. But they would like a 1% processing fee.. I think shelling out 10K for a 1M LOC is kind of steep.. Does anyone know a good financial company that has a better deal than that ?

i talked with someone there just last week.. it's 100% funded purchase and rehab. I believe up to 70% ARV. There loans are for 5 months with up to a 3 month extension. 1.5% per month and 5.5% of total loan when it's sold.. all is ballooned at the end when you sell..

Hey BP Family.. We have a question about my wife getting her Real Estate License. We are mostly doing it for the savings on buying and flipping properties..and the MLS access. Do you think it will be hard for her to hang her License in an office, since we are mainly doing it for the properties that we buy and sell, and will the Real Estate Co. expect her to put time in the office ? Since we are mainly looking to just run the deals we do through them..
