Gorgeous!  I have seen Hoarder Houses for sale and often wondered if the "stuff" comes with the house or if the seller cleans it out first.    :+)

Fairview is booming as well, I have been there for just over two yrs and Charlotte Hwy has increased development of small roadside businesses 10 fold.  My house value has increased by 10% in just 9 months!  It's crazy here, never seen anything like it.  The breweries no doubt have contributed greatly to this area's appeal. 

Hey David,  Congrats on your fixer upper.  I live in Fairview and have been watching like a hawk for similar opportunities but there is a lot of investor competition in this unbelievably hot market, it's crazy here!
