Greetings Fellow Members,

I am writing to introduce myself.  my name is Don and I am a seasoned veteran to the real estate industry with over 30 years of experience in various areas including the following:  Realtor-Commercial, Realtor-Residential, Mortgage Originator, Licensed Residential Appraisal, Fix & Holds, Fix & Flips, Buy & Holds.

My focused interests since moving to Charlotte NC in May of 2015 are Wholesaling and Fix and Flips.  I look forward to networking with all for common interests and learning from one another.
