@Martin Vehlow the house looks not as good as others and we therefor ask for less... Others in the same street ask for much more.

i am selling my house in 30032. The house is listed for 30 days. The price we ask seems fair and still there are no showings.

my agent tells me that the market is very slow and that 

no one is closing.

Any other opinion?

@Steve Hall . THANKS! I am not american citizen. The cpa wasnt involved in the purchase process.  I can register the llc in texas. I want to understand if there is any drawback in this approach which is the simpler for me.

I have a few rentals in  Georgia and one in Texas.

All owned by Domestic LLC created in Georgia.

My CPA told me I cant have house in Dallas owned by Georgia domestic LLC.

I do have 3 options

• To Create new LLC in Dallas

• To change my current LLC to foreign

• To move property to my private name

I do plan to purchase more properties in Dallas

What do you think is the best for me.

@Todd Ortscheid you are right. Your company is much better than anyone I worked with.  The fact I am asking questions in Bigger Pockets means I dont trust that company.. I plan to sell the property after this issue solved. I did send you an email yesterday. I will check that everything is correct with the mail address as it seems you didnt get it

The company offered the lady money for the keys. and I did speak with lawyer yesterday/ Hopefully something will work out.

2 hours before the eviction trial

The tenant filed bankruptcy 2 hours prior to court trial. The property management said that by law, they cannot do anything until the bankruptcy is dismissed. If/when the bankruptcy is dismissed, the court case will be rescheduled

Is there anything I can do?
