Hi

I have a few rentals in  Georgia and one in Texas.

All owned by Domestic LLC created in Georgia.

My CPA told me I cant have house in Dallas owned by Georgia domestic LLC.

I do have 3 options

  • To Create new LLC in Dallas
  • To change my current LLC to foreign
  • To move property to my private name

I do plan to purchase more properties in Dallas

What do you think is the best for me.

Thanks, Shiri

@Shiri Manor Nisenbaum Hi Shiri, I would agree with Basit that at this point in your journey speaking with an attorney may be a good fit.  BiggerPockets has a helpful article should you choose to go this route: https://www.biggerpockets.com/blog/questions-new-investor-attorney/
