No showings to the house i am selling

Hello

i am selling my house in 30032. The house is listed for 30 days. The price we ask seems fair and still there are no showings.

my agent tells me that the market is very slow and that 

no one is closing.

Any other opinion?

There are usually three reasons a house isn't selling. Price, Condition, Location. 

No showings usually means your price is too high. (BUT this could also be a direct issue with your marketing. Are your pictures bad, is it being marketed to all of the right sites, etc).

Showings but no offers usually means the price is good but the condition is not what is expected at that price point. 

Location you can't change. But I have trouble believing that "no one" is buying houses in this area of Atlanta area right now. 

Can you share your zillow link? Maybe you can get some feedback on the actual listing.
