@John Underwood thank you, and once you receive the tax deed one will need to quite title? Take possession? Record the transfer? What is the process after purchasing straight from the County?

For those who who have gained full ownership and occupancy, what is the process of doing in South Carolina? How does an investor either gain ROI or the property?

What is the process of taking full ownership of a tax lien and tax deed in SC? Or what is the process for investing in SC tax delinquent properties?

@John Underwood If the county still has it the property on the delinquent list after a year, are they selling a deed?
