Hey everyone,

Has anyone negotiated with the State to reduce a tax lien or deed certificate quote and was successfully? We are looking particularly right now in Alabama, but also would like to know about ANY successes!

How is this accomplished? Thank you so much for your input.

My group works with Sylvion Moss you'll have to goolge her as we cannot openly give out the info I believe

 Can we skip the middle man (auction) and my group take this headache off of your hands?

 Are you interested in properties in Alabama? I am constantly vetting the lists and acquiring more certs and deed quotes than my investing group has capital to handle.

Does anyone have a recommendation for insurance companies who work with Alabama tax liens/deeds?

What is consider "notice"? Simply typing a letter stating they must vacate the premisses? 

What is considered "giving notice" when an investor (tax lien/deed) gives when the property is occupied?

Was State Farm able to insure your Tax Cert?
