Thanks for the reply, your design is good. I put the order in already though - just about out of my old ones and I like to place a card in my mailers. Ordered 2,500 so they will go fast and then I'll conciser a redesign. I appreciate your feedback though.

Hey BP, What do you guys think of my updated Business Card design, front and back. Wanted to keep it simple, bright and similar to website.

 Did you market it with address? I have, but don't openly market any Wholesale properties for this reason..... You need to build a network of serious buyers that you can go to with properties. Do you have abilty to close on this property yourself? If so and the deal is strong enough - show the owner proof of funds or maybe a strong deposit and move forward - or explain that you are going to assign it for a small profit. If these methods are not accepted by seller, move on and chalk it up to a learning experience and steer clear of those investors that sold you out.

I have never had a seller show any anger or become violent with any of my transaction. They understand that I am an investor and I intend to make a profit on their property within the first few minutes of our first conversation. Their reaction is the complete opposite and they happy are that the transaction closed and we did what we said we would.
