@Kostadinos Pehlivanis You have the cart a little ahead of the horse. I like the enthusiasms but concentrate on finding a lead and engaging in some for of communication with the seller (speaking, emailing, texting, letter, postcard). Then if you make it to point of looking at a property you will need to know how to properly analyze and estimate rehab/repairs. Now you'll need some negotiation skills to move on to giving your number to seller and then if acceptable with all parties you can find a contract and buyer. Good luck
