Hello Biggerpockets.com!
My name is Tom and I'm from New Haven, CT. For my 9-5, I work as an Information Security professional and have spent 15 years working information security and technology.
As far as real estate goes, I am a complete noob. I've been listening to the podcast and reading but have not dived into any deals yet. .
I hope to birddog and wholesale to get involved in the industry and gather enough capital to start doing buy, rehab, rent, refinance properties to hold in my own portfolio.
I'd love to connect with area investors to find what works here and what investors are looking for.
My end goals are to amass enough rental properties that cash flow to retire from my 9-5 and support my family through retirement within the next 10 years.
I look forward to connecting and investing with you.
