Hello @Juan Jose Marcos I understand this may be a late reply but better than never. Miami-Dade covers a huge part of different densities per area and with it come diversities of all kind of backgrounds. If you go into a little more of detail of location I will be glad to delve into cashflow per area of Miami.

Hello everyone!

I am now 25 have been in real-estate for about a year now. I am currently in the process of flipping a 2 TH package deal as my first deal, against all BP odds, it will be quite a lucrative deal I am glad I was patient for. As of now I work for Invest Quest Partners; one of the biggest wholesale firms in S. FL. My short-term goals is to immerse my self in RE and networking 24/7 all while I come across irresistible deals that I will consider for my self and apply to my experience. Anyway, if there is any fellow young investors in S. FL that would like to connect and share knowledge hmu!

@Jordan Finkelman The first S.FL BP meetup that is being organized by @Carlos Rovira has not occurred yet. The tentative dates are Aug. 24 or 18 at 6:30 at Total Wine room at Town & Country. 

However, I would stay tuned for any changes.
