Count on me on this one. As far as i know there are no S.FL BP meet ups and I wholly think we should start the first. It should be something very interesting, which will also grow the BP presence throughout S FL area.

@Yasmine Bisumber Miami-Dade deals are rare but they do still exist. I actually see several everyday since we connect our fellow investors with them. What I see highly effective here is persistent MLS search day after day, continuous social media presence, but more importantly is the right connections with REO realtors, lawyers, auctions, and homeowners.

Hello fellow investors,

My name is Sebastian Giraldo. I am 25 years old with a far reaching passion for investments and the freedom it brings. As soon as I learned about the BP podcast I was in complete excitement of the whole experience and its rewards. Needless to say I am completely sold and now slowly transitioning to dedicate to RE full time with an acquisition firm in South FL were I will be connecting investors with our acquisitions and gaining full knowledge on a daily basis.
