@Chaz Desousa

Personally I use the chrome extension Web Scraper. You then have to build out your own site map for scraping Zillow.

Or you can pay for the service through various sites, even gigs on fiver

Here the chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/web-scraper-free-web-scra/jnhgnonknehpejjnehehllkliplmbmhn?hl=en

@Chris Kloc

Well, just pulled a list of over 2k duplexes owned free and clear in Chattanooga. Are you ready to cold call or direct mail? Unfortunately (or fortunately) there aren’t any foreclosures currently but that may be drastically different in the not too distant future. 11 duplexes with liens.

Another approach would be to scrape the for rent add on Zillow, upload them to PropStream via their List Automator add on and then filter the results to duplexes. Then you’ll have a list of motivated landlords looking to rent that may consider selling instead.

Message me if you have any questions or if you want to test out a free trial of PropStream

@Andrew Syrios

Better tell your wife before she finds out another way.

STOP buying courses. Use the info you have and hustle. Lazy is fine if you haven’t invested anything but you’re in the hole $27k!!! Sell some toys (liabilities you don’t need) and pay off that debt.

Sounds like you didn’t have the money in the first place so that makes it a double bad decision.

Put in the work. Oh, and tell your wife

@Austin Works

Most likely answer is they are selling B.S. leads and that’s why it’s not consistent. If you only need leads occasionally then listsource is fine. PropStream is hands down more effective and better use of your money.

@Austin Works

First of all it’s against terms of service to resell leads from PropStream. Why aren’t you using PropStream yourself to have full control?
