Finding Small MF properties online

Does anyone know of a website where I can find all small multi-family properties in my city or county? I've been looking at websites like Zillow, but I'm really trying to find all properties even if they are not for sale or recently sold. I was wondering if maybe someone knows of a municipality or local City website I can look at. Does something like that exist?

@Hannah McBee I'm a realtor in Tulsa and just pulled the MLS for all duplex, triplex, and quadplex in the Tulsa metro. None exist for sale on MLS at the moment
