I know this may seem a remedial question, but I guess it's one of those things where I haven't heard a lot about it and was wondering was there a strong market for it here especially Upstate South Carolina. I've signed up for the next REI meeting which will be in Greenville so I'm pretty excited to meet people who are in the business.

Thank you Will Barnard! You're definitely right that my youth can be used as a positive instead of a negative. I look forward to what may come, the good and the bad!

Silvio L. Great to hear about your immediate responses! That's a lot better than some!! I wish you added success in the future as well. One question though because I am starting out too; how does the yellow letters process work?

Thanks Bryan K.!! I really appreciate it!

Ned Carey Thanks a lot for that blog post! I definitely am looking for one and I think this points out best ways to get one! Determination, time and being young are my strong suits so I have to play to them. Better now then later!

Nathan Paisley Congrats man! Great to hear someone's story that isn't full of golden rainbows and unicorns. Def shows that those who persevere gain more than profit and that is wisdom that can't be taken away! Wishing you more success! Hoping to have my first one go "as smoothly"!

Hey guys, name's Junior Salters, aspiring RE Investor from Spartanburg, South Carolina wanting to start off with wholesaling and then work my way to managing cash flow through multi-family homes and even getting into commercial property management one day. I understand the work that has to be put in and I do have a full time job, but I do have the motivation. I'm looking forward to gaining much more information and networking with future business partners/friends from this site. Already I've learned more than I probably could have taken a by-the-book course! I came to BP by way of Danny Johnson's FlippingJunkie.com website where I really learned a lot and knew that I wanted to put in the work! I'm honestly on this site seeking information from investors who have the knowledge and are willing to share it or maybe even mentor me with future deals. I look forward to steadily communicating with everyone!!
