Hi there - just as the title reads! I am a California based flipper looking to do deals in Texas and Pennsylvania. Seeking a lawyer that has done flips/experienced working with flippers to help with a GC contract and setting up a trust and LLC, and answer questions along the way. Anyone out there that you would refer?

Quote from @Chris Papa:

Hi guys - im based in the SF Bay Area and looking to invest in some SFR's in Dallas with a partner. Would you recommend that I reach out to a TX based attorney to form an LLC or should i just go through the Legal Zoom route? Do you think i even need an LLC? Any help is appreciated!!

Wondering what you ended up deciding to do? Would you care to share?

Hi there- I am a w2 employee in California with not a ton of assets, just starting out, but wondering if it would be better to form my LLC in California or in Texas if I intend to do short term fix and flips.

Hi there! Seeking an investor (flipper) friendly CPA and attorney for projects out in Texas and California.

Does one need to use an attorney/CPA local to the area you are investing in or can the individual be based where you live? (I live in California)

Hi there - title says it all! Looking for agents/wholesalers/GC's in Pittsburgh. What has been your experience fix and flipping in this market?

Hi everyone, I'm in California and interested in learning about the Texas market. I'm an experience construction project manager with fix and flips looking to do my first personal deal within the next few months.

I've connected with an agent who is sending deals in Seguin, San Antonio, Pleasanton, and Universal City. What are your thoughts on these areas? Do you have connections with GC's, vendors, etc? Let's connect and/or please share your experiences!

Hi! I'm considering buying a duplex in West Oakland, house hacking, and eventually moving out and keeping it as a rental. Anyone out there with experience in West Oakland that might be willing to share their input? Would be grateful for any advice or information!!

I know Oakland isn't landlord friendly, but it seems to me if you keep your side of the fence clean and do things right, you shouldn't have any problems?

Also, what do folks think of development in the West Oakland area, specifically near the W. Oakland BART station? What do you think the area will be like in the future? I know no one has a crystal ball, but it seems like there are some developments with movement in this area. It seems like every window has bars over it, so that doesn't make me feel 100, but..idk...what do ya'll think?

Hi! I am working on my first wholesale deal in the SF Bay Area and looking for a title company and hoping to connect with other folks who have been in my position before. Wondering what next steps are and how to get things moving. I have potential interested buyers and sellers on both ends.
