Seeking referral for a lawyer - CA based flipper looking to do out of state deals

Hi there - just as the title reads! I am a California based flipper looking to do deals in Texas and Pennsylvania. Seeking a lawyer that has done flips/experienced working with flippers to help with a GC contract and setting up a trust and LLC, and answer questions along the way. Anyone out there that you would refer?

You will get better results on the GC contract talking to other investors than an attorney. They don't usually want to deal with the draw schedules, etc. For the trust and LLC, there are some larger companies that do all-in options. I can check for you locally for PA.
