@Shawn Connors I'd love to know what you ended up doing with that house?

@Chris Piper What are your thoughts on Wholetailing? Do you think if you have the cash yourself to buy a deal instead of borrowing hard money that it'd be a good investment? Or would you rather put your money into buy/hold or flipping. To me it seems so straightforward so I can't understand why more people wouldn't want to do it. 

@Chad Brey Do you work with Michael Quarles at all? It seems that you're both in the same area (Bakersfield). I'm also living in California and am looking for wholesalers and virtual wholesalers to work with as boots on the ground here in LA. 

@Brett Snodgrass I'd love to see your answer to @Nelson Carbo's latest question since I've been having trouble with that too. 

@Bradley Smotherman THIS IS SO MOTIVATING. You don't even know what you've done for me Bradley. I was literally waiting for your update, and when you came back with your latest post I was so relived to see that the system works. You are awesome and have totally inspired me. Are you still working a full time job? Also, are you wholesaling or wholetailing?

@Neil Henderson Have you seen this happen before? I can't imagine that people would take all that time and money just not to answer the calls when they come in.

Interesting, just out of curiosity have you @Michele Dormevil ever wholesaled a property before? If so, I'd love to learn about the deal.
