@Adrienne Bryson That's awesome to hear

@Michael McDevitt sounds like the normal timeline, and that's exactly what I plan on doing in between deciding and actually landing my first deal. Did you do a mailer or find your deal elsewhere?

@Brian Howeth Good luck, and out of curiosity how did you find them?

@Zane McLaughlin Wow that sounds difficult to invest from abroad, but it's awesome to hear that you were successful, congrats!

Just getting started, and I had a question for people who have done multiple deals. How long did it take you to close on your first deal from the time you started actively looking for deals? Wholesalers, Flippers, Buy & Hold investors, and anyone in between is welcome to answer.

Essentially it's when you find a deal and then sell it to a retail buyer, as-is, at market value. It's probably one of the most profitable strategies in my opinion. I saw on your profile that you are doing some special "market data analysis system". Just out of curiosity, what does that mean. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks!

P.S. I'd listen to this podcast to learn more about wholetailing https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2014/07/03/bp-podcast-077-negotiating-way-1000-wholetail-deals-michael-quarles/

This is amazing. How long were you doing direct marketing before you found the deal? I'm planning on moving to Connecticut within the next year, so I'd love to eventually work together/help you out.

@Kristen Overmyer I'd start by listening to every episode of the BiggerPockets Podcast. Once you do that I can pretty much guarantee you'll have a sense of where to go from there.

@Dom Allen what are your thoughts on the strategy as a whole? I'd love to know what you think since I'm considering if I should pursue it.

@Dom Allen Curious to know if you ever implemented wholetailing into your business strategy?

@Brian Stefanelli What kind of list did you end up putting together?

@Account Closed I'm surprised no one commented. I'd be interested to hear what you did with the house?
