wholetailing
IS there anybody out there in the BP community willing to share their wholetaling contracts with me?

@Rotimi Lademo Wholetailing is great for those properties that aren't in quite bad enough shape to negotiate a deep discount because they're outdated or just have a few flaws. They are a good way to make a nice profit.
Me personally, I have no interest in being a landlord and dealing with tenants and all the headaches they bring, but those properties do create a passive monthly cashflow. Flipping is alright too, and you can make some huge paydays with them, but those can be a nightmare sometimes too. That's why I like wholesaling the best. You're in and you're out. So I guess I would say if you can find a wholetail deal and the numbers make sense, and you have or can get the funds to do it, I probably would go for it.
