 Thanks for the tip Vishal! I've actually read 4 Hour Work Week a few years ago and I think it's amazing. I also keep hearing the E-Myth on the podcast, so I'll also add that to my list.

Hello BP Community,

After listening to 100+ episodes of the podcast in the last 30 days, and hearing @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner consistently urge people to get involved in the forums, I feel like it'd be foolish not to take their advice. 

I am just getting started in real estate, and I am setting up my Fall 2016 like a school semester. I attend BP University and I have created the following reading list in addition to the podcast and forum post. I currently work a full time job as a recruiter, and I'm also in the process of attaining my CA real estate license. If you know any books I should add (or take off) from my list please, please, please let me know!! Thanks in advance for reading.

I'm a big fan of the BP podcast and would strongly recommend listening. 

Have you thought about starting your own BP meetup in your neighborhood/city? Also have you listened to the BP Podcast? 

This is awesome, and very inspiring. One quick question, did you end up taking the job and do you plan on staying there for long? @Joel Florek
