good morning, I  have several  questions.  More like 3 for now. First question , I  haven't  brought a property  yet but I was wondering  should  I  get a business owner policy (insurance ) Second question,  do  I need a business license? And thirdly,  do I need  to do a foreign qualification   if I want to do business/buy properties in other states  besides Pennsylvania, where I am registered?

hi @Michele Dormevil I wouldnt get any of that stuff I would just work on getting deals and or purchasing properties. Which no assets you have no liability. Eventually when you have a few I would consider making a Corp or LLC.
