Do you think that starting with Flipping strategy, growing money, earning more so i can invest more, and than moving to buying properties for Buy and Hold.
With the money from flippin turn to buy and hold and rent for cashflow?
i didn't start anything right now, im still in the army, but i wanna plan how to start my REI journey.

i would like to know what you think about this way for starting out, and if someone started this way also i would like to hear his stories, if he wants to share of course.

Thanks!

I started buy and hold and just started flipping. My long term goal is still buy and hold. To me flipping is just another way to make money so that I can invest in my buy and hold.

Flipping is a job while buy and hold is passive.
