As much as I hate attorneys, I have to say your better off getting an attorney or CPA who has experience with real estate. We buy notes that have IRS liens. The borrower is usually unavailable & uncooperative. We don't have a problem getting the lien released. However, we are not dealing with a deceased person.

Haven't yet Matt. Getting bids on a roof repair first. Then can advertise. Thought we would put a sign in window (yard signs tend to get removed) while new roof is going on.

I'm interested in knowing what language / verbage gets the most results when you have a FSBO sign with Seller Financing?

Also would it help to put anything in spanish as a portion of the neighborhood is hispanic?

eg - FSBO, Seller Financing, Ph #

down pmt?

@Jason

@Jason McKinley

Connect / message me. I have a lady I can refer you too. BP won't let me post her number here.

I don't have a rental with her but have a DIY/Rehab (small house) in FW that I am trying to sell. She has been very helpful.

Contact me for more info if you like.

I see this post is a little old but I'm having same problem - can't log on with Andriod phone.

I'm sure email & password are correct because I just changed password & logged on via laptop.

Is email & password case sensitive?
