Does anyone know a great General Contractor in the Charlotte, NC area that works predominantly with investors on flips and rehabs? Looking for someone that responds quickly, is easy to work with and is priced reasonable. Any suggestions?

I was doing some research today and based on the tools I have with Canopy MLS, the active rentals in Charlotte are down nearly 40% year to year. Is anyone on here being impacted by covid-19 with their renters not being able to pay that they have had to sell their home? I'm not sure how we lost 40% of active rentals in one years time.
