@Liz Barcelos One way to screen someone is to see what one of their past clients has to say about them. Do they have any reviews online or someone that has used them in the past that will speak well of them? Another option is to have them show you their portfolio of completed projects. Just a few ideas, I personally trust other people's words or being shown actual results over what someone will say about themselves.

Absolutely, Charlotte suburbs are showing great opportunity for cashflow! Have you pinned down exactly what cashflow you are wanting? Is it a percentage of purchase price or are you going for a certain $ amount each month?
