Active Rentals In Charlotte, NC

I was doing some research today and based on the tools I have with Canopy MLS, the active rentals in Charlotte are down nearly 40% year to year. Is anyone on here being impacted by covid-19 with their renters not being able to pay that they have had to sell their home? I'm not sure how we lost 40% of active rentals in one years time.

We've been fortunate from a rental standpoint and have had very limited instances of renters not being able to pay rent. Of course this might change in the upcoming months. Rigorous screening and thorough background checks definitely help but won't guarantee your tenant will always be able to pay. Surprising to learn active rentals are down by that amount for sure though.
