Hello Everyone,
My name is Fernando Perez and I am a newbie based out of the Gaston County area in North Carolina. I am looking to get into Real Estate using the BRRRR method. If there is anyone in that invests in Gaston County, Charlotte or Raleigh and has any recommendations, I would love to hear and learn everything that I can.
