Hi @Billy Rowe, you won't really have to do anything regarding the mortgage (well nothing comes to mind), but what you will have to do is adjust your insurance on it to a Landlord's Policy, since you are no longer occupying the property. Oh and make sure that you stay current on the payments ;)

hey @Jordan Meyer I let facebook point me in the right direction! Seriously, i just made a status and everyone was giving me recommendations. I followed up with those suggestions, but it was ultimately someone from high school who saw my post and reached out to me who ultimately got the business. Funny thing is we haven't spoke in 10 years lol

I intend on doing some deals with BP members, but it always starts first with Trust and a vision. I will be writing about my vision here in Milwaukee soon :)
