Have You Done Deals with other BP Members? Please share!

I've had others ask me if there are many deals done on BP between members, please, share your completed deals, contacts you've made that are going to result in a definite deal, etc., or information other than obtaining advice. Thanks! @Will Barnard @Brandon Turner @Joel Owens

Keep in mind that the main reason we're moderators here is because we're very active and involved on the site and we've built trust with the community.

So, perhaps it's more accurate to say that by staying active here and building trust with the community, you're more likely to build your network of partners/lenders/mentors/colleagues/etc. :-)
