Quick question.. Newbie!
I'm new here guys and this whole real estate thing is new to me but really gives me hope on being able to accomplish the goals
I've set for my future. Im looking into purchasing real estate for the first time in my life but want to start off with a duplex maybe a triplex, just wanted to get some opinions...should I look for some used units and fixing them up? Or should I apply for a loan and built some new ones as a way to start?
