I have a duplex that that has one water meter. We are having a problem with high water bills. What is the best way to separate the meters ?

We have several duplex /4 plex units in fla. we have noticed a huge insurance hike over the last 3-4 years. Anybody else experience this?

Has anybody been getting credit card charge backs for their vrbo rental cancellations due to the Covid -19?  We have given some renters half of their money back and now they are trying to get Visa to do a charge back for the other half
