how many square siding and area of painting

Alex, in michigan alot of guys do that. Being your an investor, I wouldnt pay 50% up front. You should have maybe 20% down. Then have a draw schedule set up that he gets so much as he finishes different aspects of your job.

If you hire a general contractor, your coat would be between 10 and 20 percent of rehab cost

Original sow and original cost of contract and I'll be able to give you a pretty good idea being that I do that type of work for a living.

Once contract is signed, as long as sow doesnt change, contract doesnt change.
