I agree that they are usually junk. but not always

I will admit to buying several One was less than $300 and the other less than $700 both came with small lots at a sale.

One was late 80's 14x70 other was 16x80

had to remove deck on one and added small porch fixed floor in front of a door

Other needed two water leaks fixed and floor in one bath

cleaned and carpet .

And cleaned up the yards

At that price if you rent afew months they more than pay for self then you can keep renting or resell

Gave $600 for one that stank and moved it to a lot I bought for less than a grand , cleaned some and got $13,500 for it

I am new to investing and don't have big bucks so I have to bottom feed a while but so far I make a little on everything
