So there is this auction:

I only have $7k together anyway. Could this be something, or is it a flop waiting to happen (pig in a prom dress)? it would take probably another 7k to move it anywhere to sell. For $30k you might have something, but I only see $30k as a top end here. It's old and small.

Trash can and you'll have a better chance of using hen's teeth as collateral for any mortgage loan in selling it. :)
