Hey Mike - we flip properties in Long Island. You are right about everything you said. However in these type of conditions your strategy needs to be super intentional. Our main leads are generated by our website but it’s not as simple as getting a site and sitting back with leads. However once you prosper from it it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

To be honest - my number one lease generator is our own custom website. We do cold calling sms and letters but our site is the gift that keeps on giving. That’s why technology disrupts every industry.

Do you have a laddered plan? What I do is call, then email a week later, then send a later, and follow up with a text. This way the same person gets 4 different point of contacts.
