I use salesforce - that can be challenging and expensive starting out however it’s worth it for us. You can look into podio. They seem to give the most bang for your buck.

Not to mention the lists you buy are resold over and over - take a Hawkeye view on this process abs you will quickly realize you are in the weeds scrambling and wondering why you don’t see success.

Mysonne - I think wholesaling is dead because people like me. I will give you an example. Why do I need a wholesaler? To obviously find me the property. If I can do that digitally (like get leads from my website) I can contact people in distressed situations immediately. Technology and social digital interaction has moved big Fortune 500 companies into new directions. You would be naive to think it’s not doing the same for real Estate. Most of my lead captures come through out site. Anyways DM me if you have further questions. That’s my input abs it’s working well for me. Although it’s not as easy as setting up a site. However once you perfect it - it’s the gift that keeps on giving.

Adriana - why can’t you do this from home? The concept is so simple all you need is a list abs a phon. I am curious why you have to drive there.

Why focus on virtual wholesalers. Having a focused good website for your business can do that to capture leads through digital ads and exposure. I’ve always used that and don’t have an issue capturing leads.

I think postcards lists and cold calls are all old school. Yes those are good follow up plans however to get an initial lead - I use my website and promote that and do digital ads abs much much cheaper than the old school ways. Why do you think businesses love technology ? It lowers expenses and costs! The same applies here. Dm me if you have questions.

@Ashley Ramirez I think you should give yourself a 30 60 90 day plan and write down all the different actionable goals you want to accomplish. It will give you structure. In the beginning all can be overwhelming because you don’t know where to start or what to do first.

Digital lead generation - hands down. When you come up with a marketing plan it has to be scalable, money friendly, smart, effective, with respect to time. I feel digital marketing through social media ads and sites have answered all the above. Most people shy away from it because they aren’t good at it. Hope this helps.

That’s one avenue for business - most of my deals come in through lead generation from our site. Those lists are getting resold to everyone. As the markets get saturated so those leads. Their being regifted and resold. I think outside the box and put my money in an avenue that I can continue to build on.
