Cold Calling vs. PPC/FB vs. SMS

Ive been wholesaling for about 2 years now. 2019 we did mostly cold calling and did pretty good. 2020 we shifted to PPC/FB, and SMS and saw about 3x increase revenue. We have seen a lot of success this year implementing new marketing channels but I want to add Cold Calling back in the arsenal for the start of 2021. 

Curious to see any other wholesalers doing 4+ deals a month experience and what the feedback is for CC, sms, fb ads, and ppc and their experienced pros and cons for each channel.

Any experience and feedback shared is greatly appreciated, many thanks in advance.
