@David Flanders okay sure thing - I love networking and feel free to do so. In this day and age of technology there are way more efficient ways of doing things. I feel like many people are stuck in the old ways still.

Propstream is actually a very good system - we use it too but you need plan and a process to ensure you maximize your results. Let me know if you have any other questions.

We have a full working thoughtfully intentional site and we get way more leads now than ever because the pandemic put people in distressful situations to at least have a convo about selling their home. It gives us an incredible opportunity to help. It’s not as easy as setting up a site though and getting leads right away However it’s not rocket science and can easily be thought out to be effective. Let me know if you have any questions.

Not YouTube but we get a lot of success with social media ads and our website. That’s the great thing about online the more you focus the more you get out of it. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Will this be your bread and butter or do you have other ways of sourcing homeowners? The reason why I ask is most are on limited budget and certain activities give you more bang for your buck. For example -  calling leads is almost somewhat reactive where you hope they are interested - for instance with a site and online advertising (you would be surprised how efficient and not costly it is) where homeowners reach out to you. Just my thoughts being I’m a cash buyer and I do many projects and source my own leads as well. Reach out if you have any other questions!

Sounds promising lol never heard of them. When I see anything that says “one time fee” tells me it’s not built to last. For what it’s worth that’s been my experience in software.

Wouldn’t you have the same issue selling your property after it’s flipped without the insurance? Unless it’s a deep discount I would leverage that for sure.
