Hey @El Hadi Kadouf I have never considered it. I have been to that region but I never could see my self wanting to visit there, or live there. Not to mention I do not speak the language, so I would be at a disadvantage.

I used to pull a 4X8 trailer with my 84 Honda CRX. Of course I did this in NC where doing something like that is completely acceptable. I think I even heard a few Gypsy Sled comments from time to time. 

Just depends what your budget will allow for.

@Jason A.  I think it is a good idea to use equity from another property if that is your only course of action. Just make sure the terms are good and you can cover the extra payment should you have an issue getting the other one sold/rented. You don't want to lose both of them.

@Jade Davis ahhhh OK I got it now. I think some of are used to VA meaning The US Department of Veterans Affairs. Now your question makes more sense.
