1. Hello BP community,

I'm Stephen Ozelski, from Shelton, CT.  Been a lurker for about six months now and decided to join.  I found this site when I was in real estate school to get my license for RE salesperson.  Still need to take the Fed. And state exams.  Over the past 6 months I took a graveyard shift at my place of employment, Sikorsky Aircraft, to help build some funds with plans to build a multifamily cash flowing rental personal portfolio.  Then maybe venture into a more commercial market, after gaining some solid experience and of course building  reserve funds.  Also looking to learn creative financing and the power of leveraging.  Looking forward to learning more and opening my eyes to new opportunities.
